Reminder of the Rules

Please remember that when nominating your own story you are only eligible to nominate it once. As for other nominations a story is only eligible in two categories. If a story is nominated in more than two categories by any nominators the validation team will choose which two categories to put it in.

Also, please be advised we do monitor IP addresses. If a story in nominated numerous times using the same IP address, even if pen names are different, it may result in disqualification.

We want to make sure everyone has a shot at winning an Emerging Swan Award, which is why we have these guidelines.

We apologize for any difficulty you may be having with nominating. The survey host we normally use has been shut down because of hackers, so at the last minute we went on a search to find a new host. ESurveysPro is new to both of us and we are still trying to work out any bugs with nominations. If for any reason you are having trouble making your nominations please let us know as soon as possible so we can work out an alternative for you.
